| 风管施工质量控制管理把握以下几点： Air duct construction quality control management shall grasp the following points: 1、制作风管时为保证风管制作后的强度，在下料时粘合处有一边要保留20mm铝箔做护边； 1. When making the air duct, in order to ensure the strength of the air duct after making, 20mm aluminum foil shall be reserved at one side of the bonding position during blanking; 2、风管在粘合前需预组合，检查拼接缝处是否严密，尺寸是否符合要求。根据季节温度、湿度及胶粘剂的性能确定最佳粘合时间。粘接后，用角尺、钢卷尺检查、调整垂直度及对角线偏差应符合规定； 2. The air duct shall be pre assembled before bonding. Check whether the splicing joint is tight and whether the size meets the requirements. The best bonding time is determined according to the seasonal temperature, humidity and the performance of the adhesive. After bonding, check and adjust the perpendicularity and diagonal deviation with angle ruler and steel tape to meet the requirements; 3、做好现场板材和预制管的成品保护工作； 3. Protect the finished products of on-site plates and prefabricated pipes; 4、连接和安装后，应检查粘接缝，在粘接后应平整，不得有歪斜。错位、局部开裂，以及2mm以上的缝隙等缺陷； 4. After connection and installation, the bonding joint shall be checked. After bonding, it shall be flat without skew. Dislocation, local cracking, and cracks above 2mm; 5、风管支吊架间距应符合规定。 5. The spacing between air duct supports and hangers shall meet the requirements. |
